MTA2009 in Singapore Next March

MTA2009, a leading exhibition and business forum for the precision engineering and metalworking industries in the Southeast Asia region, will be held March 25–28 at the Singapore Expo. Organized by Singapore Exhibition Services Pte. Ltd. (SES), the 2009 trade event will be the 18th in the series of biennial meetings.

MTA2009 incorporates MetalAsia2009, MetrologyAsia2009, OutSource&SubCon2009, Automation2009, WeldTech2009, and ToolTec2009, all specialized events that cater to carious needs of Asia’s manufacturing industry. In addition, the fair will be held concurrently with Asia Medtech 2009, an exhibition that aims to promote the country’s role as a regional hub for medical technology procurement.

As a trade fair dedicated to serving and supporting Asian manufacturers, MTA2009 is an important sourcing platform for regional players wishing to access the latest precision engineering and machine tool technologies. It is also a key business networking platform, presenting more than 880 exhibiting companies from 33 countries and regions in over 20,000 m² of exhibition space.

The related Precision Engineering Business Forum is the first conference in Asia to focus on the business aspects and potential of precision engineering. The programme, designed to gather senior executives from key industries, will allow participants to examine and discuss the ways in which precision engineering will drive manufacturing investments and technologies.
