In recent years, automoblie plastic has an evident energy-efficient effect. It is a tendency that auto material shoud become more light, and this is one of the development direction for most of the auto makers. Plastic and its composite material and alloy are the ideal material so that the target of energy-saving and environmental protection can be accomplished. Auto parts that made of plastic have a big advantage, that is, lighten the car’s weight and lower the cost and reduce the working procedure.
        Using plastic intead of expensive nonferrous metal and alloy material, not only alleviate car body’s weight, but also reduce oil consumption and toxic gas emmision. In addition, plastics can be recycled, saving resource consumption, making more breakthroughs iin the aspects of safty and cost.
        Furthermore, plastic-made design can be more humanized, diversified, comfortable and elegant, reducing the fee of processing, assemble and maintenance. It can be seen that auto parts plasticalized is an indipensible tendency.
Overseas plastic reported, developed counries, such as Japan, American, Germany, consume about 150kg plastic each car, making up 10-15% of the whole-car weight.
