Shuangpeng Mould is a professional mould maker of plastic crates moulds and plastic pallet moulds. You wouldn’t believe that 80% of the beer box moulds in China market are made by Shuangpeng Mould. And the most suprising is that these 80% only takes up 10% of Shuangpeng’s annual output, the other 90% were exported moulds. In the past three years, Shuangpeng has increased its exportation portion from 30% to 90%. Even in the worst time of financial crisis, the figure kept go up step by step.

People would wonder how he made this. And that is the question we are going to talk about.

Miao Shuanghua, the general manager of Shuangpeng Mould, undoubtedly made the greatest effort to the company. He has two titles, general manager and project manager. Every order on acceptance will come to him, not only for he has experience and knowledge from design to tryout, but also he is a hard worker and willing to solve any difficulties that may occure during manufacture.
He also set a good example to all workers in the factory. Early from the beginning of Shuangpeng Mould, he was very diligent. He would make moulds for customers in the days, and study mould tech during nights. Sometimes when he couldn’t solve a difficulty during mould making, he would thought over before went to sleep until he had a solution. He is also eager to learn from others. Until now, he keeps the habit to see tryout of mould made by other factories, especially those good ones. Now, the order becomes more and more, his workers have to work extra hours, and he will work with them together until the last minute.
Today, Shuangpeng can make a pallet mould or a plastic crate mould within sixty days. Several days before, they had reduced this time period to 58 days. There is a secret that they make each process of the mould in their own factory from design to tryout. “We wouldn’t let other workshops to do our moulds, because we cannot control their quality. Sometimes, they may omit some process. And this would cause the failure of the whole mould.” Miao said.
Miao is the kind of person down to earth. His company has developed for a decade, and laid solid foundation for expansion. This year, the company has introduced large equipments from abroad like CNC machine center, EDM, engraving machines, and so on. They also invest in human resource and promotion. Three years ago, Miao began to invest with small amount in imould and baidu. He also went to some exhibitions in and abroad. He has gone to Chinaplas, China PEC’ in China, and foreign exhibitions in Russia, Istanbul, Malaysia, Indonesia, Dubai, and so on. In 2010, they plan to go to more exhibitions. They have booked a booth in Chinaplas 2010 by now, and are busy with preparing. “ We will make different pamphlet to meet different demands of visitors. We will also make CD, you know, it’s easier for customers to carry a CD than a big and thick book.” This is what Miao's idea.
He is also kind to customer. When we were talking, he received a phone call from one of his customers, the unnatural “Lao Miao” made us laugh for a while. That was his foreign customer and friend Karan. They are now good friends.

Shuangpeng Mould now is like a flying roc in the sky. How wide the sky is, how ambitious Shuangpeng’s goal will be. Let’s pray for his bright future!
